No. They should anyway, but they should not be the ONLY way to legalize.

 @BCT3BZKIndependent from Idaho  answered…2mos2MO

I think only marijuana should be allowed but we should band the use of other hard core drugs

 @BCSZ7NM from Idaho  answered…2mos2MO

I believe an age standard should be upheld, I think 24 would be a good age to legalize it too..

Legislature should have the ability, but citizen initiatives are essential. Drug legalization should be based on if it has an actual use medically and only under strict medical supervision

Federal and state governments should be willing to collaborate with marijuana and other drugs.

 @BBYWB89No Labels from Idaho  answered…3mos3MO

I think that the use of drugs like this should be used only as a medical help and it should be heavily regulated to prevent addiction.

 @BBVZFVK  from Idaho  answered…3mos3MO

It really depends on what its being used for. If its for medical use Yes, but if its for substance abuse then I say No.

 @BBN2K75 from Idaho  answered…4mos4MO

I feel like if America itself legalized weed people would realize it isn't even that bad and they'd probably benefit from it. People treat it like a hard drug when it's been used for millions of years. If more people smoked weed I feel like this world would be more peaceful and people wouldn't be as worked up.

 @BBJLTMJ from Idaho  answered…4mos4MO

Marijuana should be legal. Other drugs should be case by case, decided by a thorough oversight committee who does their research.

 @BB88HBF from Idaho  answered…4mos4MO

I dunno, I think anything that isn't a harder drug than mushrooms should be legalized countrywide.

 @BB73R22 from Idaho  answered…4mos4MO

 @BB6ZLM3 from Idaho  answered…4mos4MO

The federal government should have the responsibility of legalizing or not legalizing marijuana or other drugs

This is America and people should be allowed to make bad choices. There should be no government involvement.

 @B8TNSGV from Idaho  answered…7mos7MO

Yes, but make regulations higher and implement a tax system like alcohol

 @B8TK2P3  from Idaho  answered…7mos7MO

The Federal government has mandated that it not be distributed... I want the federal government to say it's safe, and then the State governments to agree.

 @B8S2ZZN from Idaho  answered…7mos7MO

 @B8QBP3JPeace and Freedom from Idaho  answered…7mos7MO

Yes, but only for medical reasons. It really can help people in that instance.

 @B86LV9H from Idaho  answered…8mos8MO

People should be able to vote for the legalization or marijuana or other drugs.

 @B9P4GHD from Idaho  answered…5mos5MO

 @B9M4V7B  from Idaho  answered…5mos5MO

No, it should be legalized using any of the normally available methods for legislation.

 @B9KVXF3Republican from Idaho  answered…5mos5MO

I think Marijuana and other drugs like cocaine should be illegal not just in Idaho but in the US.

I feel like marijuana by itself is not as much of a problem but other drugs should stay illegal.

 @B87TLN8 from Idaho  answered…8mos8MO

I think that all drugs should be illegel because they cause severe harm

Centralizes drug-policy power. Pro: prevents liberalization. Con: limits citizen initiatives.

The pros and cons are written from a specific political perspective, not as universal truths

 @B8838CL from Idaho  answered…8mos8MO

Idaho legislature should decide if marijuana is legalized but only that and nothing else

 @B88VRG8 from Idaho  answered…8mos8MO

 @B8KPGZ7 from Idaho  answered…7mos7MO

I feel like yes, Marijuana and drugs should be used in a prescription way. Other than that, if they have any drugs on them, they should get charged

 @BBMP2VW from Idaho  answered…4mos4MO

no not just Idaho but yes at the same time but this would also give some room because more of the illegal drug sales would be down.
