If you own your property at any age, one should not have to continue paying taxes on it or anything else. Do you have to continue paying taxes on groceries, food or any other items small or large that have been paid for in full?!

No, but you should only have to pay property taxes if you are investing in land.

Yes, but only on your primary residence. Property taxes should be wildly increased for non-primary residences.

No, but limit one year drastic increases and make it more predictable to estimate from year to year. Have the option to spread out payments over 12 months.
