There have been cases of people forced to carry to term with a dead fetus, causing them to go into sepsis because they weren't allowed to get the fetus removed for the reason of the procedure being considered an abortion. An abortion affects nobody in this world other than the one receiving it. It's not always a process without regret and guilt. People who really wanted to have a baby but had an abortion because the health conditions for the mother or fetus just wouldn't work can feel immensely sad. That's not the fault of the operation. It's the effects of an unfortunate situation that the mother happened to end up in. She can feel that sadness, but the feelings and regrets of some does not mean that abortions should be banned for all because they are life-saving procedures for many.
Also, abortion is just healthcare. If someone wants to remove their appendix, how should you be allowed to prevent that? It is their body. There are flaws with the foster care and adoption system that I can't even get into right now, but there is no guarantee that the child's life will even be of good quality.

What about minors who were assaulted? Why should they go through the process of childbirth that can kill them in the end, because the child themself aren't fully developed and should not be bringing someone into the world. If the woman wants to go through with then put the kid in an orphanage or adoption center, then do that. But later down the road, the orphanages and adoption centers will be overflowing with abandoned kids.

A woman’s body can not and should not be forced to carry a pregnancy to term and then subject it to the foster care system which is severely flawed and lacking. If someone does not believe in abortions, don’t have them but let others make their own decisions.

Having less access to abortion by making it illegal increases the chances of health problems in the women carrying the child to term. If a woman were to be forcefully impregnated, then she should have easy access to an abortion. Many women can struggle with their health, making it deadly to have a baby. It is unfair to make abortion illegal when there are so many different circumstances.

Abortion should be legal, but should have limits. I believe that people shouldn't use it as an escape route every time. But also, little girls getting SA'd shouldn't be forced to go through a process they didn't ask for. Or even parents who know they aren't ready/can't support the child. Even women who may have health risks that could endanger their health. It's better not to put a child in a system like that.

Forcing a woman to have an abortion when she doesn't want one is cruel. If it isn't your body and you're not the one who is having to carry and give birth to that little human, then it should't concern you. There are some situations where the female is unable to carry through all 3 trimesters without having a miscarriage or bleeding out during birth. If a woman is so pro-life and likes to shame others for aborting, go ahead and get pregnant and you can carry that baby all through their life. You don't have to force your beliefs onto other people, and let people do what they want.

It not a baby during the time the abortion would take place, and if the mom doesn't want the child, she shouldn't have to have it. A dad can just leave the mom should have the same choice if she isnt ready to be preganant and have a child she shouldnt have to have one.

I feel abortion should be by choice. If someone has a miscarriage they need to get the rest out of them which requires abortion, If not they can die. Its our choice.

If a woman does not wish to have the baby, she should be able to have the choice of having an abortion, as it is her body. She is the one carrying it for 9 months and going through the pain of labor. As I said, if she doesn't want to go through that, then it's her choice as it is her body. And before the argument of, "Well, she shouldn't have gotten pregnant then" comes up, there are many factors of how a woman becomes pregnant, such as by force, not being their choice, accidental, etc. Also, it is not killing the baby as it has not even been born yet. Yes, it is a baby after the first couple of months and trimesters, but not before the deadline for an abortion.
No one else should tell a woman what to do with her own body but herself. Abortion should be legal.

I agree with the money factor and see where you are coming from, however it takes months before a fetus even begins having the ability to form a thought, let alone knowing it was removed or 'killed'.

Depending on the age of the person who is pregnant, childbirth can be fatal. If you were to force a twelve year old to carry their unwanted baby to term, for example, childbirth could kill both the twelve-year-old and the baby. Additionally, putting the baby in an adoption center or orphanage is not a great idea, and I believe the system should show massive improvement before we send more children into it. Abortion is healthcare, and it has saved countless lives.

A girl who didn't want to be pregnant shouldn't have to go through the whole pregnancy. She should be able to abort it until a certain trimester.

I do not agree, it should never be illegal to get an abortion. If that should be illegal then kicking your kids out of the house that is under 18 should also be illegal. A woman should never be forced to give birth if she doesn’t want her body to go through that pain.

They should not be illegal because many people do not have the money or any help to take care of the baby, due to how the community is not helpful, and this will cause many more kids to be in a center

I agree but also disagree if they are raped then they should have a choice or not even just raped if they are not fit to have the kid then they shouldn't be forced now since its illigal a lot of deaths have happened to the kids because the parents no longer want them.

The mother of the child still have to sit through the 9 months of holding a child and go through the different physical downfalls a pregnancy may have. Not all mothers survive pregnancy, and the labour part will be even worse on the mother. Yes, the child did not deserve to be killed, but if it wasn't planned on existing in the first place a mother shouldn't have to go through the guilt she will feel for birthing a child then paying zero attention to it. Guilt can start to be overwhelming on the mother for not being there for the child she brought into the world.

Before 3 months, the fetus has had very limited growth and is insignificant enough to the point where its termination could be more beneficial for the people who's life's its affecting.

It may sound cruel to have an abortion however an abortion is done so early that it's not murder the kid doesn't even have a heart yet. If the parents decide then it is there decision as is every person's right to their opinion and choices whether seen as right or wrong. I agree that abortion is wrong I do but making abortion illegal denies a woman her rights and as of law that is illegal you can only have one freedom or no abortion take your pick.

I feel that abortion should not be illegal because in some cases it is necessary like for the health of the mom and the baby. And if the mother got assaulted which ended in pregnancy she should have a choice in whether or not she wants that baby.

I agree with this because abortion is just as bad as killing a living human being. Even though the baby is not born yet does not mean it is not alive and living, its life is just as important as anyone else's life.

I agree. A baby should not be killed. There are consequences for all actions. However, if they don't want to keep the baby there are more options where it can be put up for adoption

This only increases overpopulation of adoption centers and puts the woman who is having the baby under more stress than necessary.
