Unborn fetuses are NOT human beings yet

They cannot breathe, get nutrients, or have any kind of movement without the help of other things in the womb. So how is something murder if murder is taking a life but the "baby" wasn't even born yet? You are ALIVE from the moment you are born to the moment you die meaning that if you are not born yet you are not alive yet.
