The fetus is separate from the mother, while still being dependent on her. Also, what exactly do you define as a "conscious mind"? A newborn would not be able to tell you whether it wants to live or not. An eighteen-year-old could tell you that they shouldn't live (which would be horribly alarming), but it is possible. Even with their expressed consent, there is no moral or legal justification for killing that person because they said it was ok. Also, no matter how the child was conceived, they have just as much of a right to life as any other person, born or unborn. But women who are raped should be given additional resources and/or support; incest should be treated similarly (if it was the result of abuse/force/pedophilia). Though carrying their abuser's/rapist's child could certainly be psychologically distressing (and understandably so), that does not negate the child's right to life. With that being said, I'd like to reiterate that those women should be treated with nothing but sympathy and taken care of by their community.
