Everyone should have the right to bodily autonomy. A woman has the right to decide whether or not she wants to be pregnant. The fetus inside of her cannot survive outside of the woman, it relies fully on her body to sustain it, therefore, if a woman does not want to support the growing of the fetus, she has the right to end the pregnancy.

Well, this isn't a valid take since this is only applied when it is a crime of violence. An abortion is healthcare and not a crime of violence. The reason why someone would be charged with a double homicide is because they had the intent to kill the mother, and whether they knew if she was pregnant or not, they would be charged because that person wanted to commit a crime of violence. An abortion is a healthcare and an insurance term, which means that the take of "it's still a life" doesn't hold up significance because they never mention which abortion is considered "murder."

They are killing someone who planned to raise the child, not someone who does not want to bring them into the world.

The difference between the murder of the pregnant woman and the abortion is that the abortion would be completely upon the mother to make that decision.

It is still a human and there are many contraceptives you have to accept the consequences of your actions.
