I agree with the bodily autonomy argument to an extent, but I also think abortion is more nuanced than that comparison

A kidney donation is a separate entity, while a pregnancy involves a developing life, so I don't think the two situations are perfectly equivalent. I believe abortion should be legal but with reasonable limitations.
