Engaged Abortion

The government doesn’t force anyone to engage in sexual intercourse that leads to pregnancy and all actions have consequences. Furthermore, by 8 weeks a fetus has a strong heartbeat. By 12 weeks they have most of their organs. By 25 weeks of pregnancy the child can be delivered and kept alive outside the womb with medical care. Killing a child is murder and if you don’t want to deal with pregnancy then you should practice safe sex. As for rape, when rape is reported and medical care is sought, a plan-b pill is administered to prevent pregnancy. Medical care for rape can be requested even without pressing charges so there is little to no excuse for abortion and it is murder.

That is not your body. It is another human beings body. That human being has inherent value and rights. If need be, give the baby up for adoption.

I agree with the bodily autonomy argument to an extent, but I also think abortion is more nuanced than that comparison. A kidney donation is a separate entity, while a pregnancy involves a developing life, so I don't think the two situations are perfectly equivalent. I believe abortion should be legal but with reasonable limitations.

Murdering a pregnant woman is considered a double homicide. That proves that the fetus is indeed considered its own life - separate from the mother - under the law. Otherwise murdering a pregnant woman would just be considered a single homicide.

It’s a human life inside your body. The government forces you not to kill people. And if you do you get arrested

I fully agree with statement. It is not the governments body that is being put at risk. Everyone should be the rightful owner to their own bodies and do whatever they want.

The government can't force you to donate blood or a kidney to save a life. The government shouldn't/can't force you to donate 9 months for a life." A potential counter-argument could focus on the unique moral status of a fetus, arguing that it is not analogous to a kidney or blood donation due to its potential for life and the moral obligations society may have towards it. Another counter-argument could explore the concept of societal responsibility and the role of government in protecting potential life, suggesting that the right to bodily autonomy is not absolute and can be balanced against other compelling interests

I agree with that statement! I'm a firm supporter of women's rights and her body, her choice! The government has no right to say what she can or can not do, just like in those examples!
