Here are your answers compared to this voter’s answers.
Healthcare › COVID Mask Mandate
8>8 Personal answerNo, the government should recommend it but not require it |
Social › Abortion
8>8 Personal answerPro-life. Instead of getting rid of the child, the mother can put them into adoption. The child should be taken to a family who would be willing to care for them. For victims of rape and incest, abortion should be one of their top choices of dealing with the baby. It´s been known through science that anything made of up cells is considered a living being. A fetus is made with this basic building block of life. Even if the baby may not be fully conscious, it´ll still function with its preprogrammed survival instincts. The statement of a person being able to do whatever with their body would contradict the idea of abortion. One could use the same statement in defense of the unborn child and how it deserves to live just as much as the mother. The action of abortion would end up as an act of murder when using this statement. I will say though that if the baby could cause harm to the mother then she could look into other methods of help. For example, have health insurance help pay for any medical procedures that occur. Or have the father pay paternity checks to the mother, as a means of financial support. Abortion should be used only if it is deeply necessarily and/or the mother´s last resort. |
