9>9 Personal answerI have no issue with high schoolers being exposed to bad ideas. Let our kids have the opportunity to openly compare and contrast liberal, Enlightenment philosophy and illiberal, Marxist philosophy. What needs to be prohibited is the activist aspect of CRT. Unfortunately, by it's very definition, CRT requires activism, so as long as CRT requires activism, it needs to be prohibited in publicly funded institutions. |

Crime › Defunding the Police
9>9 Personal answerPolice departments in most jurisdictions are accountable to the city leadership. The chief of police is generally under contract and can't be removed even if the entire elected body of the city is replaced by the voters. Those tasked with enforcing the law should only be accountable to the people who's community they patrol. The police should be disbanded and the department's budget redirected to the Sheriff. This isn't to say that deputies can't be bad actors, but if a community is being continually abused by their Sheriff, then the power rests in the hands of that community to change leadership. |

Foreign Policy › Military Spending
9>9 Personal answerMilitary spending is one of the few legitimate expenditures of the federal government. However, they are very inefficient and incompetent at managing their budget largely because every major weapons system has to have at least one part manufactured in every congress(wo)man's district. This special interest approach needs to be reformed to allow the contractors selected to develop and field our weapons systems to allocate the resources. |

9>9 Personal answerBecause the Paris Climate Agreement is non-binding, it's just virtue signalling. I don't really care if America wants to virtue signal to keep the peanut gallery quiet while the rest of us innovate and actually solve some the issues challenging our stewardship of the planet. |
