Any citizen that pays taxes should be allowed to vote. If they are contributing their earnings to the government, they should have a say in who will be enforcing decisions for their country.

Within the United States, citizens of the America have guaranteed rights such as voting. Thus, if a citizen pays their share within a society, they have a say in the future of our nation.

Our forefathers created this country on the idea of “no taxation without representation.” It should be maintained that anybody who the populous/government benefits off of (in the form of taxes) should then benefit from the government (gain rights under that populous/government. Those are some of the most foundational ideas of our nation, and infringing upon them leads down a slippery slope.

"No taxation without representation". Can someone truly be represented if they cannot vote for those people?

People who are old enough to contribute to the country should be old enough to vote for policies that will effect them.

If we allow anyone who pays taxes to vote, it will enforce taxation with representation which was the foundation of America. It would also diversify political views and hone in the government for future generations.
