That is a heartfelt perspective
However, one could also argue that the essence of respect means acknowledging and honoring others' deeply held beliefs, even when they differ from our own. For instance, while some Christians indeed embrace the LGBTQ+ community, there are others whose interpretation of their faith leads them to a different viewpoint. It's not about turning people away from God, but a conscientious adherence to what they believe their faith mandates.

These Christians who believe that the LGBTQ+ people are not sinning have been influenced by false teachers, namely the worldly people. True Christians do not try to push people away from God, but rather we try to get them to recognize their sin and repent.

And forcing your opinions on them by refusing to allow them to get married by federal law is NOT doing that in the way you are supposed to...

Homosexuals can't get "married" because marriage is between a man and a woman. They are forcing their opinions on us by demanding that the government sanction their immorality even when Christian taxpayers disagree with it.

Most **** would be perfectly happy to allow religious institutions to deny same sex couples. i mean why would you want to be married in a place that doesn't like you?
We want a legal marriage and the benefits that come from it. We are happy to leave religion out of it if the religion stays out of our relations.
The Christian taxpayers are a minority here its about time they kindly stepped down and admitted it.

This country was settled by Christians, conquered by Christians, founded by Christians, and raised to greatness by christians. Every conceivable thing that makes this country great is do in some part to principles of Christian civilisation. This is our country, not yours. This is our land, defended by the blood, sweat, and tears of our forebears. If you hate Christianity, you hate America. Leave.
