The so said clump of cells is still a life form. People you mourn a miscarriage, that is a life form. If you decide to have sex, face your consequences and have the baby. You do not have the right to kill a human being. That is murder, which then ends people up in prison.

The life has already been created. you are ending the life of your own child. it doesn't matter how old they are or how far along they are, one life begins taking it away is awful. Don't have sex if you cant deal with the consequences.

It doesn't matter. It's not okay to kill the child because of that. You are interrupting the child growing into a full grown human being. Without your disturbance, they will do just that.

I believe a child is a child since day one. That child could have a bright future and for you to kill it would rob the kid of its future.

should we then be able to legally kill people who rely on a machine to keep their heart pumping? I think that if left to natural causes, human life will happen, therefore it should not be killed.

If the owner of the machine withdraws consent for someone to use it, then they would likely have the right to pull the plug, since the machine is their property; in the same sense, if the mother withdraws consent for someone to use her body (even a fetus), then they would have the right of bodily autonomy to terminate the pregnancy, since her body is her "property", in the terms of this analogy.

You would still be taking away a child from this world and even if it was a "accident" its your responsibility to make sure that stuff shouldn't happen so its on you. so don't take it out on the innocent child. Plus there are alternatives like adoption or fostering, and I will admit those options aren't always the best but the child would still be alive.

It is still a living thing meaning you are basically commiting murder because it is going to become a human as it grows.

I believe life starts at conception and the first thing that forms is in fact the brain and nervous system which shows there is a life.

I think that any child who is born into this world should be given a fighting chance. The reason is that the parents of the child should be given the final decision if they want to continue to push for life for their kid or if it’s to emotionally and physically hurting them.

Life begins at conception. Trying to say a baby isn't truly alive until the 3 month mark is major copium for people who just want to be able to abort a baby due to an accidental or unplanned pregnancy. I believe every child should be given a fair chance. Even kids who grow up impoverished can grow into something fantastic.

I am Pro-Life. I think this is more important because its still a living organism inside of you. I don't care if you have been raped because that is not okay for someone to take away a baby's choice of life.

Human life does not start with a heartbeat. All life begins with the conception of living cells including humans who begin living with the fertilized egg.

It is a baby and even if the baby is conceived because of rape they can put that baby up for adoption not kill it because it inconveniences the mother.

Interesting point, but did you know that a fetus's heart actually starts to beat around the 22nd day after conception? This is well within the first month. The argument that there's no 'actual' heartbeat during the first three months seems a bit dismissive of this biological fact. What are your thoughts on this? How would you address this in your argument for the 3-month threshold?

In the bible it says "do not murder" Even though it is not an actual person yet it is still manslaughter because you are CHOOSING to kill someone.

The cardiovascular system is the heart and just because all of the child isn't developed yet there is a child developing from day 1.

Elizabeth Warren Walks Back Murder Comments

Congressional Democrats broadly denounced the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson Friday morning, after Republicans started accusing Sen. Elizabeth Warren of excusing violence.“No one's condoning this,” said Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Ill.). “Violence never is the right answer for anything. And it was a horrible murder, a tragic loss for his family.” Warren this week condemned the shooting, but added that people “can be pushed only so far.”"We'll say it over and over," Warren said on MSNBC’S “The ReidOut.” " Violence is never the answer. This guy [Luigi Mangione] gets a trial who's allegedly killed the CEO of UnitedHealth, but you can only push people so far, and then they start to take matters into their own hands."In a statement to POLITICO, Warren said, “Violence is never the answer. Period. I should have been much clearer that there is never a justification for murder.” Top Republicans denounced Warren's comments and the walked-back rhetoric, with House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) calling it “inappropriate and dangerous.”Some House Democrats asked about the incident on Thursday pivoted the conversation to discuss policy options on health care or gun safety.“I don't really know that this is really a space that Congress normally weighs in on,” said Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas). “But at the end of the day, I think it’s an opportunity, because now people are talking about health care and to talk about the fact that this industry has honestly not been as helpful as it could be.”“Violence is never the answer,” said Rep. Troy Carter (D-La.). “We know that there are people suffering, there’s great challenges in healthcare.
