Depends on -- "better" for whom? Every oligopoly / price fixing is an easy sample for zero-sum game (having better profits beetween those who entered the "collective action" at the expense of outsiders). Speaking of positive-game? Well, astronautics -- with China-Russia-etc. coöperating with NASA.
