They deserve neither

People who dedicate their lives to pumping themselves full of harmful drugs purchased from murderous cartels that regularly kill innocent people, and then demand their evil choices be paid for by taxpayers through Welfare programs, do not deserve dignity, do not deserve respect, do not deserve safety, do not deserve any sympathy.
