I believe in pro choice, there are unfortunate circumstances and if going through with a pregnancy when the person is not ready for what ever reason is forced, more children end up in the foster system or in worse situations.

The rights of a pregnant mother should outweigh the rights of an unborn fetus. Human rights are not assigned at fertilization but at actual personhood. Murder is defined as the unlawful killing of a "person." Until US law grants personhood at fertilization, abortion does not meet that definition. Additionally, although the fetus has committed "no crime," the forcing of a pregnant mother to carry out the pregnancy calls into question the legal rights of the pregnant mother and raises moral and ethical questions about autonomy.

In the case of rªpe or incəst, you should be allowed to get an abortion, but only after you deeply consider all other possible actions and choices.

Human life has always began at birth. Also consider the life of the mother/father that could be negatively affected

 @B7SP9ML from Washington  disagreed…8mos8MO

that number is based on a study with lacking proper methodology as well as being scientifically inaccurate. until the 3rd trimester it's pretty much a clump of cells, and 3rd trimester abortions are rare and done because it's medically necessary. Humans have a right to safety, happiness, and good quality of life, if having a baby prevents that for them, than that should be resolved. It's cruel to force a victim of rape to carry a baby to term, its cruel to force a child into a life of preventable poverty or a corrupt and often traumatizing foster system, and its cruel to force a women who may have health risks to put her health on line when she doesn't want to.

It's not cruel to give someone a chance at life. There are options and I do agree people should have the choice but murdering a human being because of poverty is idiotic and extremely immoral in my eyes. I just understand not everyone sees it that way. I lived in poverty at times in my life and I no longer live in that. Should I have not been born just because I couldn't be afforded? I am happy to have the chance over being constricted to just non-existence.

Human life may begin at fertilization but they are still just cell particles. Most atoms or cells are alive but we aren't fighting for their lives. It's not murder if it isn't talking or walking or able to do anything most importantly if it was outside the womb it wouldn't be able to live.

Humans that are of a childbearing age have more emotions, awareness, and consciousness. A human of childbearing age has more opinions and awareness, making that human's life and contribution to society more meaningful than that of a unborn human.

If you bury a seed in the ground and the next day you take that seed out it doesn’t mean you killed the tree… it was never a tree.

 @B7SN4D9 from Michigan  disagreed…8mos8MO

Abortions at an early stage of pregnancy, before the baby has a heartbeat, are not actually murdering anything. The "baby" has no heartbeat, and is not developed.

a fetus should not be considered a human being until it is capable of supporting itself outside the mother.

 @B7TDMSR  from Missouri  disagreed…8mos8MO

The fetus isn't even classified until 9 weeks in. this argument is stupid. some people need abortions. especially if they are taken advantage of.

 @B7T6PFM from Michigan  disagreed…8mos8MO

Even if life begins at fertilization, that does not mean that it has feelings or thoughts yet at least not enough to hold the mother accountable for murder it is to white or black .

 @B7SQ4QG from California  disagreed…8mos8MO

The zygote does not begin to develop until weeks after fertilization. Women are allowed to have abortions. Killing a clump of cells is not a human being, which does not equal murder.

 @B7SNG9Z from Oregon  disagreed…8mos8MO

Sometimes that baby isn't supposed to be alive, why should a mother of a child have to bare that child if the child is concepted from rape?

 @BF2YKX2  from Illinois  disagreed…2wks2W

I cannot provide a counter argument that I believe in because I full heartedly agree with this statement.

 @B7SQ5VR from Florida  disagreed…8mos8MO

They're making a good point unfortunately, I can't really counter argue that. but I still do support abortion.
