Should Texas add language to the state constitution stating that parents have the right to access their child's student records, state assessments, teaching materials, and to control the upbringing, education, values, and discipline of their children?
Texas is one of 26 states that have a Parents’ Bill of Rights in state law. The law provides that parents have the right to access their child's student records, copies of state assessments, and teaching materials, among other provisions.

I would say yes but majority of the time we see monstrous people just terrorizing those around as a result of their parents beliefs and the way they are raised. As one has said we are all born pure, it is those around us that shape us, parents especially religious ones are usually the ones to inflict such pain on their children and in multiple cases the kids become mentally insane.
