Only if the judge takes a cognitive test every 2 years after the age of 70

no they should only be in a judge as long as they don't have any risk of mental illness linked to age

I feel it depends on the health of that Judge if they are 68 and they are not well they should be able to retire

I believe Judges should be exchanged at the age of 60. Being the maximum age to serve. That and they should be sworn in under the authority of the bible and Catholic church to be honest and act within the law of God.

we should keep the age at 70 because I feel that's a decent age for someone to retire
