A majority of junk food has been proven to not be nearly as filling as healthier options of similar price, which leaves individuals feeling hungrier, and causes them to ultimately spend more on foods that don't properly provide much needed nutritional value.

allow junk food but too a certain amount, if people become over weight due to junk food then they put a limit on it.

We've been buying/selling junk food for a few decades now, continuing to do so will not cause affordability issues.

Affordability should not be more important then health. Obesity in the U.S is at an all time high and most people aren't buying it because its affordable more so because it is efficient.
