In your comment, you also said that people will lie about getting raped to get an abortion, but a woman should have proper legal documentation showing that she reported and was a victim of sexual assault. Women lying about getting raped to get an abortion does not seem to be a problem at all in states where abortion is only legal for victims of rape.
