I believe it is important to understand history, therefore mistakes are learned from, but I do not believe that the nation should continue to slaughter the opposing race because as a nation that is what Americans are trying to dissolve is racism and prejudice. If anything, I believe that if it is necessary to be taught, it should be taught during high-school when the brain is more mature to critical situations as such, because hate should not be introduced at a young age. I believe hate could influence future violence and crime against opposing races, and as a young-kid, they really are not able to think for themselves, so if at all, it should wait until high-school for teachers to A: have their own opinion on it, and B: to be able to teach in-depth about the racial history of America.
