I disagree

The right to life is given by God which is the reason that "Thou shalt not kill" is one of the 10 commandments given to Moses. Although some may argued that the baby doesn't have rights until it is born, I would disagree. If someone burns a lot of seeds owned by someone else, they are punished just like someone who burns down trees.
