Global polls show more countries now favor China's leadership over the United States
New Gallup World Poll data released in the first half of 2026 shows China’s global leadership approval rating of 36% has officially surpassed that of the United States for the first time in two decades.
This shift follows years of Beijing expanding its influence through economic partnerships rather than formal military alliances. While researchers debate the effectiveness of China's "United Front" information campaigns, world leaders are increasingly flocking to Beijing for diplomatic and trade agreements. Experts suggest the U.S. has squandered its "narrative power" through strategic overconfidence and internal political instability.
Global observers expect China to leverage this newfound popularity to further challenge established international norms in the coming year.

I think that's crazy, and should make us reflect more on our own government. At this point, it has gotten pretty bad, and we need a new re-brand of our government, not only a little fix to the amendments. Throw the entire government away, rewrite the laws, open the borders for immigration, and allow this multi-national country to thrive. In this era, we are worse than a communist party.
