this is barbaric because if we pay that much we barely make enough to live day to day and pay for necessities.

 @BBRLLTH from California  commented…4mos4MO

Agreed. The answer is to make groceries cheaper, not to keep raising the minimum wage.

Minimum wage should be increased. We live in a world where the cost of living is higher than most people make, even those working 40 hours a week. Buying groceries and basic necessities, cost more than a week of pay.

This comment doesn’t really make sense. Claiming it costs $80 for one days worth of food is ridiculous. You could budget way better with that income, it’s an excuse.

 @BBP56PG from Illinois  agreed…4mos4MO

Minimum wage should keep pace with inflation because it's simply not fair for prices to rise while people's incomes stay the same.

 @BBQL335 from Texas  agreed…4mos4MO

I disagree because minimum wage is less and groceries are more. Try 7.25 and hour and groceries costing $120

 @BBP5H67 from North Carolina  agreed…4mos4MO

I agree since minimum wadge should be raised with inflation since many have to work serval jobs just to afford a cramped apartment with three roommates

 @BBQ8GG6 from California  commented…4mos4MO

Minimum wage should be raised since most low income Americans aren’t making enough to provide for their families and themselves.

 @BBPZ862from Virgin Islands  disagreed…4mos4MO

Minimum wage is a federal thing set by the government, but the actual wages are set by the corporations. Also no 1-day food supply costs 80 dollars.

 @BBPFM4Q from New Mexico  agreed…4mos4MO

i think minimum wage should be raised or should at least be more than $14. inflation has caused things to get way too expensive and the minimum wage at this time is way too low.
