I agree that they are no threat and that they love who they love but I disagree that it is not a choice.

i think its barbaric to determine what other people are allowed to do unless its directly harming someone

 @BBX2CQ6 from Pennsylvania  disagreed…4mos4MO

Other than the fact that it goes against my beliefs, it lowers the population, leads to kids and teens not making their own decisions, and thinking that this type of behavior is okay.

I 100% agree with these statements. As a gay man myself, I can't control who I choose to love any less than a straight person choosing who they love. We love who we love because that is how we are made. When people ask, "How do you know you're gay?' Well, "How do you know you're straight?" It's no different. Gay people are just like every other person in the world. We are just normal people living in this world in the most beautiful way possible.

You can't judge someone for liking the same-sex it's their choice as well as their relationship so, they shouldn't have to hide their truth just because of the government!

 @BBWWPY2Green from Maryland  agreed…4mos4MO

Love comes in many forms and you can love almost anything, if a man can love a woman romantically, a man can love his best friend platonicaly and call him his brother, and a child can love their pet in a paternal way, why can't a two people of the same gender love each other romantically. It doesn't bother anyone and the decreasing birth rates of the world had been proven to be because of the economy and health of the world, then why discriminate?

 @BBWQXQJProgressive from New Jersey  agreed…4mos4MO

Yes I agree. As long as it doesn't harm themselves or others, people should just love who they love. I don't know why people care about other people's lives so much.

 @BBV2G2R from Arkansas  agreed…4mos4MO

I agree that people should follow their passion and enjoy life how they wish. As long as they don't threat other people directly, just let them be without discrimination.

 @BBX3KFX from Oregon  agreed…4mos4MO

Yes, I agree, with the understanding that adult-child relationships do not fall into that category. Gay people and youth are no threat, but we cannot allow pedophiles to try to lump in with the LGBTQ+ community. Love is love does not apply to pedophiles

 @BBX3F76 from Maryland  agreed…4mos4MO

I agree with this comment because everyone deserves to be happy and be with the person they love. It doesn't make sense to treat people differently just because of their orientation, especially since it’s something they can't change about themselves. Allowing gay marriage is about equality and making sure everyone has the same rights under the law. Plus, two people getting married doesn't take anything away from anyone else, so there's no reason to be against it.

 @BBWSNC3 from Pennsylvania  agreed…4mos4MO

I agree. Why should individuals police the lives of others? Why should people say that someone can't do something as fundamental as love?

 @BBWPXWG from Ohio  agreed…4mos4MO

I agree with this comment regarding gay marriage, sexuality isn't a choice people make, and people usually do not choose to be discriminated against. Gay people aren't a threat to straight people as they don't lower the quality of relationships and are not the reason for a declining birth rate, rising childcare costs and the negative correlation between wealth and kids had are the reason for it.
