Children's impressionable brains do not need to be subject to racist ideology and grow up thinking that some people are better than others based on the color of their skin or that they themselves are inferior because of the same reason.

I agree with this. Telling kids at a young age that some think that they are better and others are worse simply because of skin color will only set in their minds a seed that grows into them having a bias towards or against someone for no reason beyond their skin color. Critical Race Theory is not agreed upon by everyone and should not be taught as if it is fact.

No, while that stance does have weight behind it, it is more important to teach the subject because it will prevent such things from happening in the future as part of the lesson plan does include why it was wrong and why it should never happen. When we know our past it is easy for us not to replicate and make the same situation.

Children should not learn about Critical Race Theory until 6-12 grades, as stated that the brain is only developing and gathering a hold on concepts of ideas and political problems. If CHILDREN learn about the topic early on, starting in elementary, they will grow to believe others are better because of race. It would be better to teach teenagers or tweens about the topic because they can surpass the idea of a person is better due to race.
