I highly agree. The subject of who loves whom is incredibly ridiculous to argue about. Same sex marriage has been happening for thousands of years and isn’t anything new. If it doesn’t severely harm anyone or the nation, it shouldn’t matter who loves whom. Love is love and the argument of religion saying it’s a “sin” is unnecessary and devoid of any national importance.

I don't agree with same sex marriage but, I have no problem with what anyone does with their lives. I will teat everyone equally no matter what gender you choose to be with.

 @BCJQDBP from Missouri  agreed…3mos3MO

This is practically the same exact stance I have on this love is love no matter what way you put it.

 @BCJY6TKDemocrat from Illinois  agreed…3mos3MO

People are born the way they are and they shouldn't have to change who they are to fit society's standards.

 @BCK678S from South Dakota  agreed…3mos3MO

Genuinely it just doesn't matter. Do what makes you happy! If you don't like something, then don't do it! just be happy that other people are happy.

 @BCJPXQC from Texas  agreed…3mos3MO

I agree people should be able to love who they want to if that happens to be the same sex, good on them.

 @BCJQBRM from Michigan  agreed…3mos3MO

There is nothing wrong with legalizing gay marriage as it advocates for more equality. We should not be restricted from who we vow to spend our lives with, as the government has no right to deter that.

 @BCKJ88S from Arkansas  agreed…3mos3MO

I strongly agree with this statement, the marriage between consenting legal adults should not be infringed upon in any compacity, it is not the governments jobs to follow the religious views of anyone and it is not their right to dictate how people choose to love one another.

 @BCLRTSBDemocrat from Oregon  agreed…3mos3MO

I agree with this statemen because it is not our business who marries who, people can love whoever they want and we should allow people to have a choice.

 @BCNSF5J from Iowa  agreed…3mos3MO

I think it should be legal because the only thing saying same-sex marriage shouldn't be legal is people's religious beliefs, and using religion as a defense for a law being created or not isn't all that valid.

 @BCNNLWB from Virginia  agreed…3mos3MO

people can marry whoever but they cannot have the ceremony in the church, and should not have a religious wedding with a priest.

 @BCMDDPS  from Missouri  agreed…3mos3MO

I completely agree, people cant help who they love. It's not like its a sudden switch of who you love and don't.

 @BCL67JH  from Missouri  agreed…3mos3MO

I agree with this comment. If the bases of marriage is love and devotion, then anyone who loves and can be devoted to another have a right to be together. Putting your personal beliefs onto someone wont change them, just make them more secretive about it.

 @BCKLNFX from West Virginia  agreed…3mos3MO

Of course I agree. Love is love, and we have freedom of religion so I've always found it ridiculous the main cause of homophobia is religion based.

 @BCJZTTP from Missouri  agreed…3mos3MO

I think anyone can love whoever they want, as long as they arent bothering you or harassing you then why do you care?

 @BCJPMQZ from Missouri  agreed…3mos3MO

Love and gender are chemical balances in the brain, it isn't a choice for who you love and if your comfortable in your body, your brain decides that for you based on its chemical make up and cannot be changed willingly.
