I believe the real question is whether the history and experiences of non-white people should be part of educational curriculum. For a fair and just society, diverse experiences should be understood and inequalities recognized. It’s the only path towards an empathetic and “more perfect” union.

"Inequalities" are something that exist beyond race. No one will every be equal. Here's the thing. Why are we making race the biggest inequality issue, there are literally thousands. Everyone has their challanges and hurdles that they need to overcome, and pushing this idea that the world is "unfair" so you're a victim and deserve a bunch of stuff is absurd. Everyone is given a deck of cards, (their life circumstances), and they need to play them to their advantage. Just because your freind got a better card doesnt mean you complain complain complain.
