Yes but this is less important and why not just show them the Constitution but not least because it helps trying too know what's there rights In election

The existing Utah Constitution, Article XXIII, Section 1, requires that any proposed constitutional amendment be published in at least one newspaper in every county where a newspaper is published, for two months (effectively 60 days) immediately preceding the general election.
