No, it's historical fact that countries allowing the sale of organs see criminal "organ harvesting" grow as well. This is a short-term problem... medical advances that 3D print vital organs is growing and will soon (10-15 years) completely replace the need for organ donation.

Yes, but with STRONG regulations. And we should provide services to poor people so they do not feel pressured to sell an organ just to make ends meet.

No, i do not allow selling organs everywhere. I will invest on curing the current injured organ instead. Human parts are not for sale,it is a part of their life.

Yes, only people who are 18+ should have the choice though because it is a serious thing to do but it could help save someone's life.
