They aren't even conscious beings yet

They cannot think at all, they cannot comunicate. A woman should not have to keep a child she doesn't want, as that will lead to mental health problems, abuse, and child endangerment. A woman should also not have to keep a child that she cannot care for, whether financially, physically, or mentally. A woman should not have to keep a child that was created through rape/inscest. It is severely detrimental to the mental and physical health of the mother and the child. And giving the child up for adoption/foster care is not any better. The foster care system is equally detrimental to the mother and child's mental and physcial health, as some foster families are abusive or neglectful, and being bounced around to different houses the whole childhood creates instability and disruption in the child's life that has lasting mental health impacts. The government has NO RIGHT to dictate what a woman does with HER OWN BODY. It is MY body, not ANYONE else's. NO ONE should be able to make that descision for me. A 14 year old should never have to give birth and raise her rapist's child. A college student shouldn't have to juggle a kid, college, student loan debts, and thier future. A middle aged woman shouldn't have to be required to raise a kid when she has severe mental health issues that prevent her from caring for the child adequately. A woman in a wheelchair should not have to take care of a child that she cannot physcially provide for. It is WOMAN'S bodies. OUR bodies. MY body. Not anyone else's. If a woman wants to have a child, she will do so when she is READY. It is ridiculous to expect women to raise a child completely unprepared. This is setting us back by decades. I mean, what next? Is there going to be a law passed that women can't have a bank account without their husband's consent and monitering? That women can't work? That women can't vote? This is a society in which women are inheretly deemed lower than men, when in fact we are the ones who procreate and populate this Earth, it takes us 9 months to create a child. It takes men nine seconds. Women are the ones who do the majority of housework.Women keep this society running. It's pretty telling about how much our society looks down upon women with the fact that there has never been a female president. No woman in her right mind would ever create an anti-abortion law. The utter audacity that these male politicians have to think they have the right to dictate what a woman does with her body is absolutely astounding.
