You have your personal information, which can be very sensitive information, and if someone for example hacks into a company and steals your info, that could ruin your credit score, lead to identity theft, etc. But, if they didn't have that info on you because the company was forced to delete it, then it wouldn't happen. By allowing people to force companies to delete personal information, it can keep them safer online.

Granting the power to keep a database on what one searches is a very good way to enable a dictatorship to profile people who may hold opposing views.

People who are victims of SA (sexual assault) would be at a higher risk of SA, people who are for SA or have done SA will do it again, and those who get their personal data erased, would mean their charges and punishments would be erased. Those families who are victims of murder would be at risk due to data being wiped and forgotten.

Sexual assault charges would be stored in government databases, not search engines.

From a moral and clerical but also atheist and liberal stance, this is awful. How can we keep records of people?

The government already keeps a criminal record of lawbreakers. If we don't break any laws, we shouldn't be forced to have our past actions stored on a record, especially when it will be used to try to profit off of us and potentially stolen by data thefts.
