Our own school expenses, debt, healthcare, unemployment, and homelessness are all daily struggles that America deals with, while babies born in Israel are covered for healthcare for the majority of their lives because of OUR money. Israel does not need any more aid and support. By providing aid they are indirectly supporting the killing of thousands of innocent Palestinians. We already send ridiculous amounts of aid to israel. We have tarnished our image as a liberal country that opposes human rights violations for a country that bribes our politicians and commits unending human rights violations. No other country could get away with murdering an american journalist, yet we give israel more money after they do so. Israel does not need more aid and support. They are actively denying aid to people in the Gaza strip, causing widespread famine and medical inadequacy to innocent children and women. Around 60% of injury and fatality caused by Israel in the Gaza strip is women, children, and the elderly. They are not in the position of needing our support. We have send plenty and we should focus on our own financial difficulties. The actions of Hamas is wrong, but the acts of Israel outweighs it and has caused significantly larger amounts of death to innocent lives. If anything we should withdraw aid due to these actions. The united states government shouldnt provide more aid to Israel and should cut off aid completely because 1. They’re convicted by the ICC of genocide against the palestinians and 2. The US has sent too much taxpayer money towards israel funding useless wars when the money could be used for social services instead. Israel has no vision for peace as they have continually reminded the world that they do not wish to be at peace with their neighbors. They invaded Egypt back in 1967 and they have invaded Lebanon several times in the last 50 years. They have been aggressive toward the Palestinians and the Iranians. Though neither side wants to come to a peaceful solution, Israel has only made the situation worse. The current occupiers of Palestine have tried to claim the land under the name “Israel” because they feel jilted knowing that the Catholic Church and Christendom is the new Israel. American Protestants struggle with this because they are “protesting” the one holy Catholic and apostolic church. As of April, 2026, there has been over 75,000 reported deaths, and likely more considering the amount of missing people. Israel has shown to have colonialist goals of expansion in the middle east, even similar to those formulated by the Nazi party's "Greater Germany" during World War 2. Colonialism in itself very often carries genocidal views as seen throughout history, most notably in the formation of the United States and the ethnic cleansing of Native Americans.
