Yes, and we should focus on teaching our own people their language, history, and government, because it's a real bad double-standard there.

United States should only accept white immigrants of high IQ who are already skilled workers and this should not have to pass a rigorous test

Yes, but it should cover relevant topics, language, laws, and their understanding of their socio-economic, and civic responsibilities within U.S. Communities. We want to ensure they know what our laws are, and how to give back to the country they are coming into.
