No. The ideal of innocent until proven guilty, provides the response that denial of bail decides guilt without an actual trial.

Alabama should have to comply with FEDERALLY mandated weapon laws. We can, and should have the right to OWN weapons. But only if we're shown to be competent, and follow laws.

Only deny bail for those deemed a danger to the community or a flight risk- not the crime allegedly committed. Innocent until proven guilty.

Yes, but only in the case were the person who commit the crime was under any type of physical abuse.

Yes & No! I think it depends on the crime that was made. If it was self defense then yes but killing the innocent for no reason is a no go.

Yes but no at the same time. I feel as it depends on how many charges they have related to the gun and murder crimes

Well it depends in my opinion if it was to protect someone from a threat then idk maybe but if it was just on purpose then yes

if they killed an innocent person for no reason I believe no bail would be the most suitable
