No. The ideal of innocent until proven guilty, provides the response that denial of bail decides guilt without an actual trial.

Alabama should have to comply with FEDERALLY mandated weapon laws. We can, and should have the right to OWN weapons. But only if we're shown to be competent, and follow laws.

Only deny bail for those deemed a danger to the community or a flight risk- not the crime allegedly committed. Innocent until proven guilty.

Yes & No! I think it depends on the crime that was made. If it was self defense then yes but killing the innocent for no reason is a no go.

Yes but no at the same time. I feel as it depends on how many charges they have related to the gun and murder crimes

 @B8ZFWBD from Alabama  answered…6mos6MO

Well it depends in my opinion if it was to protect someone from a threat then idk maybe but if it was just on purpose then yes

 @B8XVVMF from Alabama  answered…6mos6MO

if they killed an innocent person for no reason I believe no bail would be the most suitable

 @B8TKTMZ from Alabama  answered…7mos7MO

Yes, Alabama judges should be allowed to deny bail for certain gun crimes or attempted murders based on the level of the crime.

I personally believe that it depends on the cruelty of the crime. I do understand that attempted murders are very serious but I also believe that everything shouldn't be considered as "attempted murder" as for example like if pulling a weapon out for self defense, that often get classified as an attempted murder due to the victim doing more damage that the attacker. So I just think it depends on the cruelty of the crime.
