No, they are a largely inefficient means of reducing carbon since they focus only on reversing environmental harm rather than reducing it and can be used to justify further carbon emissions.

No, but help with Methane/CH4,Other Gases, Halogenated Gases & tie with Nitrous Oxide and Black Carbon tell me when you start doing this machine as well.

No, carbon capture involves capturing CO2 and putting into "reservoir" storage (often mines) or into deep sea "sequestration" sites. The environmental effects are unknown. Until research is done on what happens to the sequestered CO2 over time is completed -- including worst-case scenarios -- then ANY attempt at sequestration must be halted.

We should be capturing carbon emissions however fossil fuel usage should decline
