Not only would it be unconstitutional to ban this, but the public also deserves to know about other treatments rather than just what doctors say. Doctors aren't always right.

No, but regulations regarding contents of advertisement should be implemented, also let prescription drugs be sold directly by the doctors themselves

they should be able to as long as there is something like an epidemic where something is spreading or becoming a health problem then they can advertise their treatments

No, but still I feel there should be a limit on the amount of pharmaceutical ads displayed in commercials and also I think that consumers shouldn't always be treated like they know more than real doctors.

No, as long as private pharmaceutical companies aren’t misleading or harming the public, they should be free to advertise however they choose.
