I agree with you! Every conservative agrees with you! I never tried to make the point that just because you're normal, you're moral. Never once. The point I was trying to make is that it is normal and healthy to be attracted to the opposite gender, and that one alone, and that that is God's design for human families, and people for whom that is not the case are perverted in that sense. Yes, if there are any "straight" people who would abuse or mistreat a kid, I agree they shouldn't adopt. All I know is that 100% of "LGBTQ" people are, in fact, perverted, therefore 0% of them should be allowed to adopt children. And, I don't. mean that as a slur or anything, that's just true, given the facts about biblical marriage, etc.

When I said pervert, I meant perverted s-xually. I never denied that straight people can be scumbags, and I think no scumbags should be able to adopt children. You're continually creating imaginary straw-man arguments I never made and then refuting them, without addressing what I actually said.

If we’re using biblical standards, the Bible talks about things like lying, cheating, greed, and other sins just as much, if not more, than sexual behavior. But we don’t go around saying liars or greedy people can’t adopt children, even though those behaviors damage families too. Again, you're adding things to my argument. I didn't say they were 100% perverted – some of them have good intentions, some of them are not toxic people – but in a strictly s-xual sense, yes they are perverted, just as someone who is colourblind has a perverted sense of vision. Also, the Bible clearly calls "homosexuality" an "abomination" – in fact, such an abomination that God destroyed Sodom and Gommorah for it in the book of Genesis. To be clear, think everyone should be held to the same standard. If someone has a criminal record, is not loving, supportive, or capable, then they should not be able to adopt
