Yes, same-sex marriage in no way causes any literal harm to anybody, so I cannot in good will stand there and deny two people their true love like a strict parent not letting their child choose which flavor ice-cream that they would rather have, or forcing them to eat topings which they don't like on a hamburger.

The government does not have the authority to decide who can marry who. That decision lies between the people wanting to get married and any God that they may or may not believe in.

No, I don't support the legalization of same-sex marriages, but I don't think that my thought of what marriage is should dictate it for everyone else. If they want to do things that go against what I think they can go ahead, just don't make me change my life because of it.

Marriage doesn't need to be religious based, but the government should not have a role in it either.

Personally It doesn't matter to me I don't not support it or fully support it I feel that as people can do whatever they want as long as it makes them happy.

Yes only because I believe in the freedom of choice in America, not because I support same sex marriage

 @8ZSGXTY from Indiana  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, and religion's influence on government decisions should be limited when handling policies/bills that involve the rights of the LGBTQ+ community

 @8NT422F from Indiana  answered…5yrs5Y

The government should have no rolls in marriage except for recognizing it has happened

It's none of my business as to who marries who ... You live once do what makes you happy as long as it does not affect other people

People can do whatever they want, I do not want to control someone’s life. Their sexuality is none of my business. But I also feel like churches and bakeries have the right to not serve them or refuse marriage between the same sex. Personally I believe it should have never of been legalized.

no, that is not how God intended us to do. there are only two sexes; Male is a boy/man and Femail is a girl/women

In terms of government, marriage is only a legal contract. The rest of marriage should not be a political thing.
