Same sex marriage should be legal. No citizen should have their rights restrict just because of the person they love. Religion should not interfere with the government they should decide themselves if same-sex should be with hold in their churches.

if people can change their gender then why can same sexs get married if its not directly affecting me or anyone else we shouldnt even have a say in what someone else does

I don't believe in same sex marriage, but the government doesn't have a right to ban it and should be called a civil union.

Yes, as long as marriage is a political institution. Marriage should not be a political institution. People should be able to file taxes with anyone else (at least anyone who cohabitates with them)
